This wrap with lamb sausages, guacamole and coleslaw is delicious for lunch or as a light evening meal.
Chop the white cabbage and red onion into thinly slice pieces. Cut the skin around the orange and cut out the segments between the lamellae. Squeeze the juice from the lamellae and the pieces of peel and collect.
Mix the white cabbage with the orange juice, the red onion and the Mexican herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Halve the avocados and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh and mash with 100 g of the goat's cheese and the lime juice to a coarse guacamole. Season with a little salt.
Fry the lamb sausages in the oil for 10 minutes until done.
Serve the lamb sausages on the wraps with coleslaw, goat guacamole and orange wedges. Garnish with a tuft of cress.
