Wrap filled with Bettine goat’s cheese pearls and falafel

  • 200 grams falafel
  • crisphead lettuce
  • 100 grams Bettine goat’s cheese pearls
  • 1 red onion
  • basil
  • 3 ts yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chives

First, homemade yogurt dressing is made with just a few simple ingredients: 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 clove of crushed garlic and fresh chivest. Whisk together the ingredients and that's it!

Divide the lettuce, falafel, red onion end the goat’s cheese pearls among the wraps. Sprinkle with yogurt dressing and add some fresh basil.

Fold the bottom of tortilla partially over filling and then roll-up. Serve and enjoy!
