
Roast the wraps briefly in a dry frying pan. Then roast the pine nuts lightly in the same frying pan. Spread the wraps with a layer of Bettine goat cheese spread. Place a few pieces of smoked salmon over the spread and sprinkle everything with the pine nuts, the red onion and the cress. Roll up, serve immediately or cut the wraps into small pieces and serve them as snacks. These snacks are also easy to prepare in advance, ideal for when you're having a party or a drink.
