Tomato, pesto, olive oil and goat's cheese

  • 30 g Bettine goat's cheese pearls
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • pesto, good quality
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • fresh pepper, to taste

Less is more! Sometimes a recipe is so easy but you want to share it anyway, because it's just very tasty. 
This recipe comes from Derya from @melengec_food_blog .  

Cut the tomato into equal thin slices with a sharp knife. Divide the tomato slices on a plate.
Spread a scoop of pesto on each slice of tomato. Choose a pesto you like or make it yourself. 
Divide the Bettine goat's cheese pearls over the tomato. 
Tear fresh basil leaves into small pieces and sprinkle them over the salad.
Drizzle a good quality olive oil over the salad and it's ready! 

You can season the salad with some fresh pepper.
