Spinach salad with strawberries and Bettine goat’s cheese

  • 100 grams of baby spinach
  • 100 grams of strawberries
  • 100 grams of Bettine pearls
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ small red onion
  • 35 grams of walnuts


  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

The sun is shining more often. This beautiful summer salad goes perfect with the sunnier days. It contains sweet strawberries, Bettine goat’s cheese and a fresh sweet dressing.

Wash and slice the cucumber into thin strips then slice the red onion. Wash the strawberries, remove the tops and cut into equal slices.
Divide the baby spinach over 2 plates. Spread the onion rings, cucumber, strawberries, Bettine pearls and the walnuts on both salads.
In a small bowl, combine the white wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and honey and drizzle over the salad.
