This burger is the perfect meal for the weekend. The minced meat mixed with the spicy sriracha, the creamy Bettine goat's cheese and the fresh-sweet coleslaw are an ultimate combo. Choose a nice crusty roll, such as an Italian roll, and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Mix with the minced chicken, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbsp sriracha sauce. Knead until everything is well mixed and form four burgers.
Finely chop the red cabbage and red onion. Mix with the lime juice and the carrot julienne. Season with salt and let it marinate for a while.
Brush the burgers with oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side. After turning, place the Bettine no.3 slices on the burgers and let them become soft and warm.
Cut the buns in half and divide the romaine lettuce, sriracha sauce and mayonnaise over them. Place the burgers on top and finish with the coleslaw. Finish with the caps.
