Spaghetti with funghi cremosi based on Bettine goat's cheese

1 cup of mushroom blend or 1 cup of mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
Bettine goat's cheese natural (4 slices)
125 ml whipped cream
30g butter
dash of olive oil
Italian herbs
spaghetti (optional)

Just like Tamara from Salt & Orange, we love dishes that are quick to make. This easy spaghetti recipe with our Bettine goat's cheese is one of them. Simple but tasteful. 

Cook the spaghetti according to the recipe on the packaging.
Melt the butter together with the olive oil in a pan. Fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes with 2 cloves of garlic squeezed out. Then add the whipped cream, the Italian herbs and the goat's cheese. Stir slowly until the goat's cheese has dissolved in the whipped cream. Make a nest of spaghetti on a plate. Then spoon a large spoonful of the mixture over the spaghetti and serve immediately.
