This recipe for oat pancakes is great! It's easy to prepare and quick to make. The end result is very tasty and healthy. So don't hesitate, start cooking!

Place the banana, milk and egg in a blender and mix until smooth. Add the oats, baking powder and cinnamon and mix briefly until blended. Now fry the pancakes in the coconut oil until golden brown. Meanwhile cut the mango and avocado into pieces.
