  • Fresh pizza dough – 1/2 roll
  • Bettine ripened – 200 g
  • Egg – 1 pc
  • Nuts (optioned)

Fancy some pizza variety? Bake these delicious pizza bonbons to accompany drinks!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut circles out the pizza dough with a metal ring (6 cm) or a cup. Cut the ripened cheese in circles. Place the circles into the mini pizzas and fix them inside by pressing the edges with fingers forming small stars. Whisk the egg and apply it with a brush on each star. You may sprinkle them with some nuts on top. Bake the pizzas for about 20-25 minutes. The middles may raise. Serve the pizzas warm with honey, fruit and berries.
