Slices of nectarine with Parma ham, Bettine goat's cheese and basil

  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 75 grams of Parma ham
  • 125 grams Bettine goat's cheese Natural
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • pepper and salt

This is a lovely light starter with fantastic sweet, salty and creamy flavours. 

Cut the nectarines into wedges. Wrap each wedge with Parma ham. Roll the Bettine goat's cheese slices into ten balls. Place a basil leaf on each piece of nectarine with Parma ham. Place a ball of goat's cheese on top and secure with a toothpick. Stir the herbs into the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour a little of the herb oil over all the appetizers.
