Need some lunch inspiration? This sandwich with Bettine goat's cheese, roasted peppers and arugula is insanely simple, and too delicious! 

Start forming the sandwich by placing two slices of Bettine goat's cheese on a slice of bread, continue with red onion, capers and the arugula. Place a grilled pepper, two more slices of goat's cheese and close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Press the sandwich, cut it in half and enjoy!
