  • 4 luxury rolls of your choice (fresh or bake-off)
  • Bettine spread natural 125 g or Bettine plain slices 125g
  • strawberries (4 large strawberries per roll)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • basil leaves (16 leaves)

This strawberry and goat cheese sandwich is great. If you are making these sandwiches for the whole family, it might be nice for the kids to skip the balsamic vinegar because of the acidity.

Anyway, we loved the crispy bun with the fresh & mild Bettine goat cheese, the sweet strawberries and the sour balsamic vinegar. Don't forget the fresh basil ... It brings all the flavours together beautifully.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake the rolls in 6 minutes until golden brown.

When the rolls have cooled, spread them with Bettine goat's cheese spread or with the Bettine plain goat's cheese slices. Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns. Then cut into nice slices and lay them over the spread and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over them. Sprinkle with the chopped fresh basil. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
