  • Plums – 2 pcs
  • Bettine pearls – 125 g
  • Walnuts
  • Pomegranate
  • Olive oil – 3 tb sp
  • Lemon juice – ½ pcs
  • Honey – 1 tb sp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

This salad makes your mouth water; with plums, pomegranate, walnuts and goat's cheese pearls. Who wouldn't want that?
 

Cut plums in half, remove the pit and slice them. Mix, salad leaves, plums, nuts, pomegranate and goat's cheese pearls. Whisk olive, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour it over the salad. Drop some more goat's cheese pearls on top.
