
Italian salad:
Cook the pasta according to the prescription on the package and let it cool down afterwards. For the dressing, mix up the pesto, olive oil and wine vinegar. Give it some extra tasty with pepper and salt. Carefully pour the dressing into the jar. Halve the tomatoes and put in the jar as well. Afterwards, place the black olives and the cooled down pasta on top of the tomatoes. Now put the slices of Parma ham in the jar and sprinkle the Bettine salad goat's cheese on top of it all. At last, fill the jar with rocketsalad.
Salmon salad:
Cook the quinoa according to the prescription on the package and let it cool down afterwards.For the dressing, mix the yoghurt, olive oil and white wine vinegar. Give it extra taste with pepper and salt. Carefully pour the dressing into the jar. Cut the radish into small slices, the cucumber into small cubes and the salmon into strips. Thereafter, place the radish, cucumber, quinoa and salmon in the jar, layer after layer. Sprinkle the Bettine salad goat's cheese on top of it all and top it off with some rocketsalad.
