Tasty fresh fruit salad with red fruit and goat's cheese pearls. Finished with a dressing of fresh rosé, ginger syrup and walnut oil. The freshness of the fruit is in perfect balance with the soft taste of the goat's cheese. A posh way to end your dinner.
For the dressing, mix the rosé with the ginger syrup and the walnut oil well.
Cut the watermelon into triangles, remove the tops from the strawberries and cut into quarters. Mix the strawberries and watermelon with the raspberries, redcurrants and the dressing.
Spoon the fruit into a serving bowl and sprinkle with mint leaves and basil. Roughly chop the pecans and divide with the Bettine Pearls over the red fruit salad.
