Baking tray with baking paper
Halve the pumpkin and remove the fibrous strings inside. Slice the pumpkin into thin wedges. Spread over a baking tray, sprinkle with five spice powder and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Spread the pizza bases with the crème fraîche and top with the spinach. Thinly slice the mature goat's cheese.
Remove the pumpkin from the oven and divide over the pizza. Divide the slices of goat's cheese and raw ham over the pizza and sprinkle with thyme and pistachios.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the goat's cheese is golden brown. Cut into slices.
