Are you still looking for inspiration for Easter recipes? Then definitely try these puff pastry snacks filled with asparagus, prosciutto ham and Bettine goat’s cheese. A feast for the eyes (and stomach)!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius . Place a sheet of baking paper on the baking tray. Remove the puff pastry sheets and cut them into 10cm squares. Place a slice of ham diagonally on the puff pastry sheet. Cut slices of the Bettine goat cheese and place on the slice with ham. Place three green asparagus spears on the top. Spread a little honey over the asparagus and finish with some coarse sea salt. Fold the other points together to close the parcel. Beat an egg and brush the puff pastry with it. Finally, divide some of the seeds among the parcels and place them in the oven. Bake them at 200 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes to cook nicely. As soon as the dough starts to rise and turns a nice golden brown, they are ready.
