preparation

Are you looking for a tasty and easy snack? Then put these festive puff pastry snacks on the table, add bubbles, toast and enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the mini muffin mould. Allow the slices of puff pastry to thaw and cut each slice into 4 squares. Place a square slice in each cavity of the muffin mould.
Cut slices of the ripened goat's cheese and then cut into 2 halves. Finely chop the tomato and cut the garlic very finely and mix well. Fill each compartment of the muffin mould with the puff pastry containing half a slice of ripened goat's cheese and a few garlic tomato cubes. Then fold the packet. Beat an egg in a bowl and spread some egg over the puff pastry with a brush. Then sprinkle sesame seeds over the puff pastry. Bake the bites in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes (conventional).
These puff pastries are best served lukewarm. So let them cool down for a very short time when they come out of the oven.
