Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mix flour, butter, cold water, salt, sugar, zest of ½ lemon in a processor. You will get an elastic ball. Divide it into 8 equal parts and spread each ball inside the silicon cups (a silicon form for cupcakes). If you use ceramic cups, grease them first. Place the form with the dough in a fridge for 15 minutes. Blend cheese, two eggs, some cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Save one circle of the cheese for the decoration. Chop the greens and mix them in the cheese-egg’s mixture. Pour the mixture into the cups with the dough. Bake small quiches in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Serve them warm with some crumbles of fresh goat's cheese on top. They can be taken to a picnic as well.
