Homemade pizzas are the best! If you don't have time or the desire to cook extensively, you can make this pizza easily and quickly. For convenience, choose a ready-made dough and fill it with all the toppings you like. Ideal and still a little healthy, especially this version with delicious beef tomatoes and Bettine ripened goat's cheese.
If you cannot get the ripened goat's cheese, use Bettine plain goat's cheese for this delicious pizza.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the tomatoes. Do the same with the Bettine ripened goat’s cheese. Place the baking paper on the baking tray. Roll out the pizza dough over the whole baking tray. Thicken the edge a little. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Brush the dough with the pizza sauce and toss it richly with the tomatoes and goat's cheese. Sprinkle the pizza with pine nuts and divide the basil leaves. Brush the sides of the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Italian herbs. Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes.
