Sometimes you don't like spending a lot of time cooking, but still put a tasty dish on the table. This plate cake with goat's cheese and figs by @uitpaulineskeuken is ideal then. Tasty, easy and ready within half an hour. The combination of the sweet figs and the saltiness of the goat's cheese is truly delicious. The addition of walnuts and fresh thyme complete the dish.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Notch the edges of the puff pastry slightly and brush with beaten egg.
Mix the crème fraîche with the mustard and honey and season with a little salt and pepper. Spread the crème fraîche over the puff pastry.
Slice the figs and goat's cheese. Roughly chop the walnuts and divide over the pie. Unzip the thyme leaves and sprinkle over the tart.
Bake the goat's cheese tart in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
