  • 125g Bettine fresh goat's cheese natural
  • 400g pizza dough
  • 25g capers 
  • 40g sundried tomatoes
  • Green onions, cut into rings
  • Pine nuts
  • Olives (without core)
  • pepper and salt

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Crumble the Bettine fresh goat's cheese natural, cut de sundried tomatoes into little pieces and halve the olives. Roll off the pizza dough and sprinkle all the ingredients on it. Then roll it back up and cut into slices of about 2cm. Place the rolls in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
