omelette with bettine goat's cheese

  • 125g Bettine goat's cheese natural
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • Tomato
  • 50g rocket salad
  • Bread of toast
  • Pepper and salt
  • Butter

Scrable the eggs and flavour with pepper and salt. Melt a bit of butter in a stewpan and bake the scrabled eggs. In the meantime, cut the tomatoe into slices. Bake the omelette until it has a nice brown color. Now put some rocket salad, tomato and goat's cheese on the omelette. Carefully fold the omelette. Serve with bread or toast.
