Naan pizza with Bettine goat’s cheese, sweet potato, serrano ham and green asparagus

  • 50 grams Bettine goat’s cheese plain, crumbled (package 125g)
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • serrano ham 3 slices, torn into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of passata (sauce from raw, mashed tomatoes)
  • 100 grams of green mini asparagus
  • handful of arugula
  • cinnamon powder and cloves

Another fine recipe with naan bread. This requires a little more preparation, because the potatoes have to go into the oven for a while. But after that you don't have to worry about it and you also have this dish on the table without too much effort. Enjoy it!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the sweet potato into uneven pieces of about 2 to 3 cm. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the sweet potato over it. Sprinkle cinnamon and a little bit of cloves over the sweet potato cubes and bake for about 45 minutes. Grill the asparagus briefly.
Brush the naan bread with the passata. Make sure not to cover the edges.
Then divide the potato, serrano ham, the goat’s cheese, and the asparagus over the naan bread.
Heat the naan pizza in the oven: 4-5 minutes at 200 degrees. Divide the arugula over the naan pizza and serve immediately when it ‘s fresh and hot.
