Wash and spread the salad over 4 nice plates. Make the dressing by mixing one part of balsamic vinegar with three parts of olive oil (mix well). Finish with a little lemon juice. Season with a little salt and pepper. Roast the pine nuts lightly in a dry frying pan and sprinkle over the salad. Cut the tomatoes into slices and add them to the salad with the raspberries and blueberries. Sprinkle the Bettine goat cheese balls over the salad. Finish the salad with the homemade dressing.
