Mango and goat's cheese are a real dream couple. That's why we made these mini puff pastries, sotasty and yet so simple. Just a few simple steps and it will be on your table within half an hour. Simple enough, right? And not unimportantly, it also tastes great. And now we give you the recipe. ♡
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Defrost the puff pastry.
In a large bowl, mix the mango slices with honey and the crushed chili flakes.
Sprinkle your worktop with flour. Roll out the puff pastry sheets with the rolling pin to a thickness of half a cm. Cut each sheet into 4 squares.
Place the squares a bit apart on the baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Place a slice of Bettine goat's cheese naturally in the middle of the puff pastry square
Place a few slices of red onion on the goat's cheese and generously cover with the (marinated) slices of mango. Season the cakes with black pepper. Brush the edges with the scrambled egg and bake for 15 to 17 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
