  • 125g Bettine spread natural
  • 4 colored paprikas
  • Bread crumbles
  • Fresh chives (cut)
  • 4 teaspoons of olijfolie
  • Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180⁰C. Wash the paprikas and cut them into halves through the length. Remove its seeds. Lay the paprikas down on a baking sheet and sprinkle 2 teaspoons of oliveoil on top of it. Thereafter, fill them with the goat's cheese spread. Now carefully press the cheese side into the bread crumbs, sprinkle the leftover oliveoil over them and place them in the oven for approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards, garnish with some cut chives and pepper.
