Grilled zucchini salad, goat’s cheese honey and macadamia nuts

300 grams of lamb's lettuce
125 grams Bettine goat cheese honey
handful of cherry tomatoes
handful of macadamia nuts
seaweed flakes (as a salt substitute)
3 tablespoons of vinegar
6 tablespoons of olive oil
teaspoon of coarse mustard
spring onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon of sugar

During Bettine Saladay, Tamara from Salt and Orange makes a salad with grilled zucchini, goat’s cheese honey and macadamia nuts.
Start with the dressing. Chop the chives and spring onion and mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Now make the salad. Wash and put the lamb's lettuce on a large plate or in a salad bowl.
Cut the zucchini into slices. Brush the slices with some olive oil and grill the slices alternately. Place the slices of zucchini on the lamb's lettuce.
Cut the rounds of Bettine goat’s cheese with honey and the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on the plate. Add a handful of macadamia nuts. To give it a salty touch, Tamara used seaweed flakes. Sprinkle some flakes to taste.
Finish it off with the dressing.
