And this is how you make it:
Use a frying pan to bake the drumsticks tender and nicely brown. Cut the nectarines into thin slices and the onion into thin rings. Divide the salad among the plates and divide the nectarines and the onion rings amond the salad. Cut the meat (you can serve it hot, lukewarm or cold) of the drumsticks and divide this also over the salad along with the goat's cheese balls. Finish with the red onion, corn and walnuts and drizzle the vinaigrette over the complete salad.
Put the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey in the dressing shaker or whisk the mixture together with a whisk. Add salt and pepper and taste the mixture. If needed add some sugar.
