
Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Mix those pieces with the Bettine goat's cheese spread natural. Cut the chives, dill and onion and halve the lemon. Mix the chives, dill, onion and capers with the salmon and goat's cheese and squize out halve a lemon above the mixture. Place the baking mold on a plate and fill this with the mixture. Make sure the mixture is very well pressed into the mold. Now remove the mold and garnish the dish with some dill and a slice of lemon.
