If you are looking for an elegant but quick and easy starter or amuse-bouche to serve, than these cones with goat's cheese balls are definitely what you need.
These festive little cheese balls can be served in about 10 minutes, and with the colourful cranberries, pecans and parsley they are the perfect addition to any Christmas menu.
Finely chop the parsley and cut the dried cranberries and pacanuts into small pieces. Mix these ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Roll a slice of Bettine goat's cheese naturally into a ball with the flat palm of your hand. Roll the goat cheese balls through the mix and place on the cone. Cool the cheese balls until they are ready to serve or serve immediately!
Tip: Pecans are our favourite to use in this recipe, but actually you can use almost all finely chopped nuts. Walnuts and almonds are great substitutes.
