Mix the curry powder with the flour, season with salt and pepper.
Put the flour in a deep plate. Beat the eggs in a second plate and put the panko in a third plate.
Carefully separate the goat's cheese slices. Dip them first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko. Place on a plate.
Grate the zest of the orange, finely chop the red pepper and cut the lemongrass into thin rings. Mix with 2 tablespoons of orange juice through the honey.
Heat the deep fryer or the oil to 180°C. Fry the nuggets in batches of 5 or 6 pieces in the oil, turning halfway through. Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve the goat's cheese nuggets warm, with the sunny dip.
