  • 1 tbsp curry powder 
  • 4 tbsp flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 75g panko 
  • 200g Bettine Plain 
  • ½ orange 
  • 1 red pepper 
  • 1 lemongrass stalk 
  • 4 tbsp honey 
  • deep frying pan or saucepan with 500 ml sunflower oil 
  • salt and pepper

Deep fried goat's cheese nuggets with a delicious summer dip. Forget the simple chicken nuggets and treat yourself with these delicious goat's cheese nuggets! Doesn't that taste much better? 

Mix the curry powder with the flour, season with salt and pepper. 
Put the flour in a deep plate. Beat the eggs in a second plate and put the panko in a third plate. 
Carefully separate the goat's cheese slices. Dip them first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko. Place on a plate. 
Grate the zest of the orange, finely chop the red pepper and cut the lemongrass into thin rings. Mix with 2 tablespoons of orange juice through the honey. 
Heat the deep fryer or the oil to 180°C. Fry the nuggets in batches of 5 or 6 pieces in the oil, turning halfway through. Drain on kitchen paper. 
Serve the goat's cheese nuggets warm, with the sunny dip. 

Delicious as part of a serving board.
