Divide the washed lamb's lettuce over 4 plates.
Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash the strawberries, then remove the tops and cut into equally beautiful pieces. Cut the Bettine goat’s cheese Plain in equal slices.
Meanwhile, heat a frying pan, fry the pine nuts and add the sugar at the same time. Bake until the pine nuts are golden brown and remove from the pan to cool.
Make a dressing with the oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and white wine vinegar.
Divide the strawberries, blueberries, cucumber and the sugared pine nuts over the lamb's lettuce. Finally, divide the Bettine goat’s cheese over the fruit salad and drizzle the remaining dressing over it, enjoy!
