Candles, relaxing music in the background. It’s autumn and that means we can enjoy all the goodies this season has to offer. These delicious pears from the oven will certainly make you feel comfortable. It’s a nice and easy recipe for which you need just a few ingredients. Enjoy it!

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Cut the pears into thin slices with a mandolin or a sharp knife.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with pepper and pre-fry the pear slices for 6 minutes.
Place a slice of Bettine goat's cheese naturally on the pear slice and drizzle with cinnamon, thyme and some chopped pecans. Bake the pear slices with goat's cheese for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate au bain-marie.
Drizzle the fried pear slices with the melted chocolate and serve lukewarm!

Tip: If you don't like chocolate, use honey!
