Prepare the oven fries according to the instructions on the package.
Toss the beef strips with the Gyros herbs. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the beef strips, stirring, for five minutes. Turn off the fire.
Thinly slice the cucumber, tomato and red onion.
Mix the Greek yoghurt with the mayonnaise and the juice of the lime. Finely chop the garlic and dill and stir into the yoghurt sauce.
Spoon the oven chips into a serving dish. Divide the gyros, tomato, onion and cucumber over it. Sprinkle with the olive rings and the Bettine Pearls and serve with the yoghurt sauce.
