
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Wash the figs and cut them crosswise. Be careful that you don't cut the whole fig, but only till two-third of the fig. Now divide the Bettine natural among the 4 figs. Wrap one or two slices of Parma ham around the figs and sprinkle it with a dessertspoon of honey. Place the figs on a baking sheet in the oven. Let it bake in the oven for about 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle some almonds, pepper, salt and thyme over the hot fig.
