Filled eggs with Bettine goat's cheese

  • Eggs – 5 pcs
  • Bettine Naturel – 125 g
  • Milk – 3 tb sp
  • Parsley – 2 brunches
  • Microgreens
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

It may seem a bit retro and secretly it is: stuffed eggs! 
But we have brought them up to date and made a new style of them. What do you think of these eggs filled with goat's cheese? We have already tasted them for you and will definitely be making them for our Easter table. 

Boil eggs for about 12 minutes. Put them in cold water for about 2 minutes. Peel and cut them accurately in halves. Remove the yolks and put them into a high glass together with cheese and milk. Blend those till smooth. Adjust the mixture with salt and black pepper if necessary. Chop parsley and add it to the egg mass. Place white halves on a dish. Fill them using a pastry bag. You may have some filling left, which you may use as a dipper and serve it with snacks and vegetable sticks. Decorate the egg halves with microgreens.
