  • Sweet white of pink onions (big one) – 1 pc

The combination of fruit and goat's cheese is appearing more and more often in our recipes and when you taste it, you will understand why. It is a perfect taste balance between sweet and savoury. Try this toast with goat's cheese, caramelised onion and grapes. We finish it off with the pine tree nuts and honey. Enjoy!

Slice the onions in halve rings and put them into a melted butter. Stew the onions at a mild heat stirring them every few minutes for about 25-30 minutes. By that time, they will become soft and golden. The longer you cook the onions the sweeter and the browner they become. 
Cut Bettine ripened cheese in circles, place them on top of round croutons. Place hot caramelized onions on the cheese slices. Decorate the dish with nuts, grapes and pour honey on top.
