  • 125g Bettine Blanc
  • 2 avocados
  • 200ml herbsbouillon (cooled down)
  • 100ml whipped cream
  • 2tablespoon lemonjuice
  • 4tablespoon dry white vermouth
  • Fresh cress
  • Pepper and salt

Peal the avocados, remove its core and cut the fruit into little pieces. Mix the avocado, whipped cream and lemonjuice in a blender. Pour the bouillon and vermouth into the mixture. Stir the soup well, and add some pepper and salt. Afterwards, garnish the soep with cress and Bettine Blanc.
