
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate together with the butter. Mix the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until it is airily and slightly yellow. Then, at first, mix the chocolate and afterwards the flour through the mixture. Lubricate the baking molds with butter, and fill them till 1/4 with the chocolate mixture. Place 25g of goat's cheese in the middle, and subsequently pour another bit of the chocolate mixture in the baking molds. Make sure the molds are filled up to 2/3 of the total space. Put the cakes in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve straight from the oven after garnishing with red fruit.
