For this board we use the Bettine ripened goat's cheese. This roll of goat's cheese is loved for its mild, slightly spicy character. The soft interior is wrapped in a firm, hail-white crust. Each one prepared in the traditional way in our traditional cheese factory.
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator at least 1 hour in advance to reach room temperature.
Cut the most beautiful slices with a wire knife. If you cut it with a knife, heat the knife under the tap with warm water for the best cutting result.
Serve the cheese on a nice wooden board.
Serve good bread or delicious toast with the cheese.
Nice to serve with a chutney. Whether strawberry, fig or pear - goes well with it.
To make the cheeseboard festive put nuts and fresh fruit on top. Use seasonal fruit for this.
Good luck composing the cheeseboard and enjoy!
