The glasses with carpaccio are a perfect snack to start dinner with or to serve with drinks. The goat's cheese pearls together with the pomegranate seeds make the glass extra festive. You can also serve this with fresh baked bread. Enjoy your meal.
Roast the pine nuts and finely chop the spring onion.
Fill the glass with a little rocket salad, roasted pine nuts and pumpkin seeds.
Enrich with a few Bettine pearls, the fresh pomegranate seeds and some drops of green pesto. Place the carpaccio above and finish off with some rocket salad, pomegranate seeds, roasted pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, drops of pesto and of course the Bettine goat cheese pearls.
