  • 125g Bettine goat's cheese spread herbs
  • 2 ciabattabread, brown
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1 red onion
  • 20g rocketsalad

  • Bread knife


Cut open the breads and put some Bettine goat's cheese spread herbs on it, on both sides. Divide the salmon amongst the breads. Cut the onion and put it on top of the salmon, togther with some rocketsalad.
