Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel the baby carrots and spread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, adding the green asparagus after 10 minutes.
Put the oven on grill mode. Place the Bettine No3 with the cut side up on a baking sheet. Pour honey over the top and bake under the grill for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese has a nice browned layer. Add the nuts to roast in the last few minutes.
Cut the apple and pear into segments.
Arrange the vegetables and fruit around the baked No3 on a serving plate. Serve with French bread.
