avocado-goat's cheese dip

  • 90g Bettine goat's cheese natural
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small part of garlic
  • 75g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Halve the avocados and remove it's core. remove the fruit from it's shell. Mix the avocado and goat's cheese in a blender. Peel the garlic and add it to the mixture, along with the yoghurt, cayenne pepper and salt. Squize the lime above the mixture. Mix this all together in in de blender. Serve it in a bowl.
